We are a clean, cozy, funky house in the heart of New Paltz - right on Main Street near all the shops, bars, and restaurants in town. We are right next door to the bus station so you can visit us easily from Manhattan -only 90 minutes away. We are a 5 minute walk to excellent dining and a 20 minute drive to superb hiking and climbing.

Enjoy a private room with private bath with full bathtub/shower. Room 2 can accommodate up to 3 guests with a queen size bed and a twin. The room comes equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee station, a chest of drawers, extra shelving, and a desk.
Relax in our cozy Sunflower themed private room with a private bathroom and shower. Room 3 has a full size bed, a chest of drawers, and desk to plan your day's adventures.

Our larger private room 4 is great for families. It has one set of bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom bunk along with a futon that can accommodate 2 more people. Room 4 has a private bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, coffee station standing cupboard, and an electric kettle.
