Welcome to the New Paltz Hostel! 

We are a clean, cozy, funky hostel in the heart of New Paltz - right on Main Street near all the shops, bars, and restaurants in town. We are right next door to the bus station so you can visit us easily from Manhattan -only 90 minutes away. We are a 5 minute walk to excellent dining and a 20 minute drive to superb hiking and climbing. 
 
We offer private rooms with a private bathroom and a refrigerator. Based on availability, we also offer private rooms with a shared bathroom. Our guest kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own food and we provide free coffee, tea, and oatmeal. The Hostel Kitchen is well equipped with board games and a piano for your entertainment. There is a computer and sewing machine for guest use. Please click on the images below for a slideshow.

Enjoy a private room with private bath with full bathtub/shower. Our South American themed Room 2 fits up to 2 guests with a queen size bed, a chest of drawers, extra shelving, and a desk.

Relax in our cozy Sunflower themed private room with a private bathroom and shower. Room 3 has a full size bed, a chest of drawers, and desk to plan your day's adventures.

Our larger private room 4 is great for families. It has one sets of bunk beds  of which has a full size bed on the bottom bunk. Room 4 has a private bathroom, chest of drawers, standing cupboard, and a desk.
